Objective

My objective for my product is to first start off small. With the local bars out here create a bond with the owners and with the people who would be shipping my product. In chapter it says “the firm must be good at adapting its marketing strategies in the face of changing tastes, technologies, and competition as products pass through life-cycle stages.” This is what I plan on doing with my product I plan to be firm locally. Then I plan on taking my business nationwide. “The development of original products, product improvements, product modifications, and new brands through the firm’s own product-development efforts.” I plan on to start shipping my product out of state to other bars in the U.S. This will give me enough money to improve my snack. Maybe make different flavors, but them in bigger bags. It will all be a part of my new-product development. I will upgrade a lot and be able to network with different states and see how they enjoy the snack, and how their customers enjoy them. I am hoping it will be at hit and the bars will start coming to be for more of my snacks. I plan on being here in the next 2 years I would like it to grow.

Buisness Mission Statement

I am starting up something that didn’t work in the past but it will work now because I am in charge of production. My customers will be the local bars in town I plan on creating bond with the owners of these bars. In chapter seven is says “Marketing-mix planning begins with building an offering that brings value to target customers. This offering becomes the basis upon which the company builds profitable customer relationships.” This is exactly what I plan on doing I have created a affordable snack that will attract customers to their bar. It’s a snack that is salty but has a kick of spice to it which will make a person want to order a beer to cool their mouth down. Also has a story on every package something to share with the person sitting next to you help start a conversation. Another quote from chapter seven is “The most basic level is the core customer value, which addresses the question What is the buyer really buying?” My customers would be buying high quality with low cost and great customer service. My customers would be sure to come back because again I would be giving them great quality service. My product is different from the rest because it is more interesting it’s a conversation starter it has creativity something else that other bar snacks don’t have. My snack has a lot going for it I believe with the right start up and the right customers it will not fail.

week 8 EOC: the Phileas Fogg adventure

dear journal,

                      I finally landed in Mexico after a long train ride and donkey ride into town. I had not had a drink or ate anything in which seems like forever. I walked into the local bar sat down and ordered a beer and some corn nuts it has been a stressful couple of days. I have been robbed, shot at, and kidnapped I don’t know how things could get worse. I put my head down when I heard the doors open and all of a sudden the bar got quite. I picked my head up to see what the silence was about, even though I wish I hadn’t. Three men walked in who had followed me sense I left for this adventure trying to make sure I didn’t make it back to London I think someone is setting me up. I tried to walk out before the caught me but one happened to see me he called out my name I was hopping if I didn’t respond they would just leave. One pulled out his gun and shot at me breaking a beer bottle next to me. After that shot the hole bar busted out in a brawl the three men came chasing after me I leaped behind the bar throwing any bottle I could find. Finally a man in all black came and distracted the men with enough time for me to get my food  and leave. I was able to run out of the bar with the man in all black behind me he helped me on his horse and we rode away. We went down to a river finally were we could rest the man took off his mask. Where come to find out it was a beautiful  young Hispanic lady with beautiful black hair and glowing brown eyes. She sat beside me and I couldn't help but to stair she was beautiful. I thanked her for helping me get out of there and she smiled and said "it was my pleasure." I gave her my coat and we fell asleep. Morning came and it was time for me to head to my next country. Before I left she kissed me goodbye I hoped on the next train out of there, as I sat in my chair I asked for a tall glass of beer and found my corn nuts started to snack on those. They had a chili taste to them, I guess in the bar the chili sauce that was next to had tipped over when the brawl was happening. they were delicious and of course when my mouth got hot it cooled down with my nice tall class of beer. week 7 EOC: the pitch

A corn nut with a zing of chilly flavor. The chilly flavor will come from the country of México. It would be great to serve at a bar. Corn nut have the salty flavor already but to and a little spice to them would be great. The spiciness of the corn nut will make people want to cool it down with a nice cold beer. They are also small so people can buy a small packaging and get a good amount of them inside of the package. Spicy is a well know flavor in Mexico when people think Mexican the think spicy. Corn nuts have a long lasting shelf life so they would be perfect for a bar. They are fast and easy and not messy. It would be made out of corn flour baked with salt and again a chilly flavor. The adventure would be how Phileas landed in Mexico with his hot air balloon, while he was walking around wondering the beautiful country seeing the woman salsa dancing, the children playing, and the men drinking. He wondered into a bar wanting to sit and relax for a talk glass of beer her paid for

Week six EOC; MexThree

Three things that define me as a person, well I guess the first thing would have to be my cheetah print wedges they are like two in one. They show the love I have for heel and also my favorite print it makes me feel exotic and sexy in a way when I am wearing these heels. Also a great plus is they are comfortable when I wear them it makes me feel like I am the center of attention for a night. People are looking and me and my shoes.

Another great item of mine that represents me is my phone. I know it’s probably silly but actually a lot of people would say the same about their phones. I have the galaxy s3. My whole life is on this phone. I have all my pictures, peoples birthdays, events, everything on this little device. If people went through my phone they can find out who I am and my personality all in that little thing. That’s how I socialize or communicate with people I know.  If I lost my phone I wouldn’t know what to do I would have lost my whole life.

I think the last thing that defines me in my life is room or I should say the color of my room. My room is specifically Tiffany blue with a Paris type of theme with it.  My room is very bright and girly. Like me I am a birth colorful person and the Paris thing is like materialistic in a way. Another word is high quality I like higher end things and of course if you walk into my room and look around it would explain me very well. By the colors and the things I have in it.
